Cancellation Policy

At little Steps Shipwreck Coast, I value the time and preparation that goes into every session and report. To ensure fair access and planning, the following notice periods apply:

48 hour’s notice for:

  • Family and Property Mediation

  • Child Inclusive Practice (CIP) sessions

  • Social Work Supervision

    Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless due to exceptional circumstances.

A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required prior to commencing any parent or child interviews and observations. This deposit secures the assessment time, preparation, and reserved scheduling for the report process.

The final report is only released once full payment has been received

  • Family Reports and Short Form ( Child Impact Reports).

  • Supporting families to reach practical, child‑focused agreements during separation.

    Family and Property Mediation provides a structured, respectful space for parents and carers to work through parenting arrangements and property matters following separation. My approach is grounded in safety, clarity, and fairness, with a strong focus on reducing conflict and supporting the wellbeing of children throughout the process

  • One Parent session for each parent and up to four sessions with Child or Young Person aged between 5 and 18 years.

    $2750 per package (parent Interviews, child interviews, Parent feedback)

  • $150 per hour inc GST
